Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to a person other than the registered 9ph10 account holder — are prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of the account pending investigation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 9ph10 are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. The specific terms for each promotion are displayed at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on restricted games (typically certain live dealer tables, jackpot slots, or sports betting markets) may not contribute to, or may contribute at a reduced rate toward, wagering requirement completion.
9ph10 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings in the event of: (a) fraudulent activity; (b) use of software bots or automated betting strategies; (c) coordinated bonus abuse by a group of players using connected accounts; or (d) any other activity that 9ph10 reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of the bonus system in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
9ph10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change.
All games on the 9ph10 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics that produce outcomes independently of any player action or account status. 9ph10 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes in favor of or against any individual player.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round — including but not limited to server failures, disconnection during a live game, or display errors — 9ph10 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet amount to the player's account. 9ph10 is not liable for any losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 9ph10 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any loss of profits, gaming winnings, data, or goodwill; (c) any interruption, delay, or error in the Platform's operation due to circumstances beyond 9ph10's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, network outages, or force majeure events.
In all circumstances, 9ph10's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your 9ph10 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits 9ph10's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9ph10 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a 9ph10 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9ph10 implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. In compliance with Philippine Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by 9ph10, subject to legal retention obligations.
9ph10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 9ph10 will notify registered account holders via the contact details on file (including registered mobile number or in-platform notification) at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless immediate changes are required by law or regulator direction.
Your continued use of the 9ph10 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.
You may close your 9ph10 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of final identity verification, within five (5) banking business days.

In cases of termination for breach, 9ph10 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including winnings, in your account.
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 9ph10 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
